Join a 4 day intensive session. You will develop your design skills to build a ceramic sculptural lamp through coiling techniques.
Ever saw a lamp at a store and felt inspired to make one with your own personal touch? A lamp can be more than a functional fixture; it can resemble a symbolic organ that brings heat, warmth, and or contemplation into your space. It comes from the maker's intention and we can get funky building sculptural lamps. This workshop is an opportunity for you to make a sculpture and a functional show stopping piece for your room. This class is welcome to all skill level from beginners who want to try on a new creative challenge to intermediate hand builders who are ready to make more complex experimental forms.
